John Birmingham is an American filmmaker, musician and actor. He grew up in Roanoke, Virginia, where he pursued music, art, writing and filmmaking on and off throughout childhood. At age 19, John moved to Los Angeles to pursue entertainment full on, never turning back. In his time in Los Angeles, John worked as a Production Designer for Full Moon Pictures and on other films, he graduated Loyola Marymount Univeristy with a B.A. in Screenwriting and Chapman University with a M.F.A. in Film Production, and he made his first feature film that he also starred in, Crazy Animal. He is best known for his work writing/directing/producing/starring in and composing the musical numbers for two feature films: Crazy Animal and The Vampires of Zanzibar. Over the years John has had the privilege to either star in or direct films involving Ed Asner, Pauly Shore, Peter Medak, Brandon Dicamillo, Ron Jeremy, Eerie Von and other Hollywood legends. As of 2009/2010, John lives in Roanoke, VA and spends much of the winter in Los Angeles.
John's grandfather, Michael G. Birmingham, worked his way from scratch through the depression to being Chief of the New York City Police Department. By the 1960s he was privileged enough to have chaperoned John F. Kennedy, John Glenn and world leaders while they were visiting the city.
Ricky tracks down some allegedly bad frat boys, ties them up and sings them cheesy 80s heavy metal songs until one confesses to his crime... but just as he confesses, he breaks free from his ropes and begins going on a killing spree!
